Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Spawning Uber Elder help please RESOLVED - Форум

EDIT: Got it on the 3rd Phoenix kill. I just don't understand this system at all, but w/e got it. Resloved.

I'm having difficulty getting the Elder influence on the Guardians. As you can see in screen shots below I have required quest state and I have the T15 map next to T16 Phoenix done.

I then killed T16 Phoenix twice now and also did a T16 Hydra to test if that would spread Elder to T16... but no luck and waste of currency. Followed guides from Youtube and Reddit and I can't see what I'm missing.

I had the Elder spread before I killed Shaper and went to the spread Elder to middle of Atlas if that could be causing issue? If so do I just spawn normal Elder then try for Guardians with next spread... CAN I even do normal Elder now - hmm dunno guess I'll test it because no one seems to know what my issue is.
PoE is a brutal game like this. So many small finicky issues pop up with little to no other people reporting similar things. Or well.
