question about watcher's eye - vitality mod

there is a mod on watcher's eye prismatic jewel: #% increased life recovery from flasks while affected by vitality.

i understand it increases recovery from "life flasks" but does it also work with zerphi's last breath - grand mana flask?

i mean, zerphi's last breath has "skill used during flask effect grants #% of mana cost as life over 4 seconds" mod. so does the the watcher's eye vitality mod affect the zerphi's flask mod?

no.

Zerphis flask is not giving you life recovered. the skills you use are giving you life. the watchers eye mod only buffs life recovered from flasks.
