Stuck in death bug - The Dishonoured Queen

How i died:
I died in the fight vs The Dishonoured Queen in Mud Flats act 6.
I died by some kind of degen damage and I tried standing still in case it was bleeding.

The Bug:
I never got a screen with the option to respawn, I'm stuck looking at what is in the screenshot.

I could still use skills like Blood Rage, Herald of Agony and Phase Run while dead.
My friend went saw me laying there, but after he went back to town and came back it looks like I'm standing up to him, and he can see me using my skills, and losing my energy shield after using Blood Rage.
