5 link vendor recipe suggestion.

So getting a random white 5 link drop of an item base i wont use just now it reminded me of an idea i had a while ago but never posted it.
3 link rgb = chrome orb 6 sockets = 7 jeweler 6 link = divine orb but 5 link only gives a scroll scrap and its more rare than rgb or 6 sockets by alot. 5 link gets no love. So i propose 5 fuse orbs be the result of a 5 link to a vendor. 3 at the very least but im feelin 5. Thoughts? Last bumped24 сент. 2018 г., 11:35:28

I won’t debate the numbers but a fuse recipe for a 5L is a great idea.

They won't implement it, since they want people to trade for 5-links. Yeah, I know the argument does not hold water, but what are you going to do.

" Quite terrible idea imo, everytime you get a chest upgrade, you could then vendor the old one and directly 5L the new one ... ( only 5S, but still ). It would feel nice to have something from vendors on vendoring a 5L but ... if GGG did think that it would be a good thing to add, they would have done it a long time ago. With 6L being cheaper and cheaper, I'm wondering if a recipe for 5L might become a thing one day ... ( I don't think so, but who knows after all ). SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

I think this would be a good idea. Perhaps what I'm about to suggest would be seen as "too little", but it's something, and not having to bother with trade is a benefit. Just like with the 6-socket recipe, or the chaos recipes.
Identified 5-link --> 1 Fusing Unidentified 5-link --> 2 Fusings Not a great reward, but the structure is in line with many other recipes, so I think it makes some sense. |
