Fenumus Weave?

Just dropped one and doesn't really fit my build as much as I'd like (EleSpectralThrow Deadeye)

Anyone know what build or just a general what's good with it kinda breakdown or point me to a guide you know that uses it will really help. Thanks!

(Since I have the gloves, I might look into trading the fenumus things to test them out as well as a full set but mainly just interested in the gloves)
