No answer from GGG payment error and account locked

Almost a week and got no answer feom GGG mails, cant even play because the account is locked, i guess rip season for me
copy of the mail i sent from [Removed by Support] A while ago I made some purchases. The first 2 were from the page of POE, the third on Steam and the fourth and last on your page again. It turns out that the last purchase should have been 15 dollars since the $ 60 for the first Core Pack was completed, but they charged me $ 35 as if the purchase I made for steam, had not been counted, spending $ 80 for the first pack. ($ 20, $ 5, $ 20, $ 35) I made the purchase as there was a discount from stashes, then I sent a ticket to solve this problem, they answered something a bit generic to which I answered, and they never returned the message, so try to make a claim on paypal, thinking that they were going to respond there. The problem is that today I tried to enter my account and it was blocked. Is there any solution that can be reached? Really, the only thing I want is to continue playing, in case we can reach an agreement with the payment? In case you can not, I just want you to unlock my account in order to play in peace. doing a "charge back" on something you bought from GGG is a automatic account ban, so that is why your account is now locked and this will not change.
Never ever do a "charge back" before all other options is tried so this doesn't happend. |

it was their fault on charge, and got no answer was last option for me...
i already canceled the refound anyways so i didnt even charge back |

Yeah, but as soon was you ask for a charge back they automatically and immediately block your account until further investigation. Also, as far as we know, those cases in particular are deprioritized (source) - add that to the already big backlog and expect waiting for many weeks. Some time ago many players were unjustifiedly banned due to already "case closed" refunding something on Steam years ago... took them a long while and many public complains on Reddit for GGG to sort it out (read more here). That story is heartbreaking, fortunately ended relatively well.
