How do I add multimod to a ring in 3.5?

Help please. I don't know where to go to add the multimod stat. I have googled and can't seem to find anything for this league.

Probably easier just to find a "ring of crafting" in delve that spawns with that mod on it for free.

If you're dead set on getting the recipe and paying 2ex for the craft, you get it from the Pale Court.

I looked this up awhile ago and gave up trying to find answers. Says the pale court but no where I looked gave an info on where the hell that is or how to get to it.

Look at the prophecies... you get to the pale court by completing four of the series ones that get you fragments.

Unbreathing Queen
Unbearable Whispers.

Each drops a different key, and you use all four keys in the map device to enter the pale court.

Did you totally skip prophecy league? The pale court is where the purple fragments take you.
