Blackout Mini map and expanded maps

Hello , I ran into the same problem as the blackout mini card and resent the card. when I teleport to any place I begin to explore the map round the darkening disappears ,but when I make teleport to town and back, cleaned the place would have obscured the entire map , and have again to run to investigate. Tried to reinstall the game does not get Strait,I hope you give me a poet! And that really brings severe discomfort((
