To the best of my knowledge, boosts like "+ level to intelligence gems" only care about the primary type for the gem, ie which color socket you can place the gem into.
Inspiration Support is a STR/INT gem, but its primary type is STR and you place it in a red socket. I wouldn't expect it to be boosted by a boost to socketed Intelligence gems. |
