Hey everyone! This build is for those who followed my Leveling with Penguin series, and want to start early maps. This build is both Freezing Pulse and Ice Spear. You can either: 1. Gem swap (Ice Spear for boss, Freezing Pulse for mapping) 2. Only use Freezing Pulse or Ice Spear Obviously gem swapping is annoying, but it is the most optimized for damage and speed. While testing I tried both Freezing Pulse for all content, as well as Ice Spear for all content with no gem swaps. It is certainly doable if that is your preferred method. I will have some notes in the Gems section for those that are interested. Also, keep in mind all my testing was done on a 5L. 3.15 League of Nerfs! - Pretty much all support gems were nerfed across the board, so keep that in mind. I'm not gonna name them all, because none were game breaking though it is going to be a damage loss (welcome to 3.15). - Once PoB updates, I will post a new one with changes to anything, for now it seems viable. 3.14 New build! I currently don't use, but as you level and get more passive points it will be very worth it. 1 Large Cluster Jewel: 12% Increased Cold Damage 8 Passive Skills Blanketed Snow Prismatic Heart Disorienting Display 1 Medium Cluster Jewel: 12% increased Totem Damage 4-5 Passive Skills Ancestral Echo Sleepless Sentries 1 Medium Cluster Jewel 10% increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments 4-5 Passive Skills Cold Conduction Astonishing Affliction - Keep in mind getting good jewels will be very expensive, so when looking try to get the mod I listed towards the top Passive Tree
