Exilence next - help needed - authorization not possible

Hello all,

i will be super grateful for help. Few days ago i decided to instal Exilence next (new PC) to track my currency progress in new league. Everything goes as planned until i had to authorize exilence on POE webside.

After clicking on authorize button eather nothing happening or i am moved to blank page with error about wrong adress.

I did the same authorization process for filter blade and works perfectly fine.

What i did :
enabled pop ups in my browser
tried different browsers (like 6 of them)
turn off firewall and antivirus, both on pc and router
change router to old one on which it worked
used differet PC, different network
modify register (accordingly to advice provided by Exilence collaborator on Aug 13, 2021 in thread https://github.com/viktorgullmark/exilence-next/issues/700)

From what i know Exilence works perfectly fine for others currently who authorize it at the beg of the league. Is it possible that after last news about POESESSID GGG somehow blocked Exilence? I am aware that Exilence Next works on OAuth and it shouldnt be impacted but honestly i have no other idea...

You would probably have better luck on the Exilence Discord than you will here.

Tried but my msg was overspammed by different topics :) I've raised issue topic on Exilence github but i really wanted to know if someone else have simmilar issue.

Its probably DNS issue. Change the preferred dns to 1.1.1.1 and alternate dns to 1.0.0.1

If you dk how to change dns,

Go to Cntrl Panel ->
network and internet ->
network and sharing centre ->
change adapter settings ->
right click on ethernet or whatever network you are on ->
click status ->
remember which one has internet access ->
go back ->
click properties this time on the network->
click IPv4 or IPv6 (which one has internet access) ->
click properties ->
and then change dns (preferred dns to 1.1.1.1 and alternate dns to 1.0.0.1).

(leaving it for new people since there was no solution stated here).

If you are referring to the post above yours, then no, it would not have helped one bit.

Exilence is no longer usable, and hasn't been for some time. AFAIK it is no longer maintained.

Thankfully someone else took over maintaining it, you just need to get the new version which you can find linked here https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/16tqwma/exilence_next_has_been_resurrected/
