Can someone help me figure out where I am going wrong with my build?

I am aware that I am missing enlighten for running determination but other than that, my damage is pretty low and I am a bit squishy. I know my +totem shield has low crit chance. How can I improve both of these things? Right now I am at like half the damage and half the effective health pool. I don't really want to switch out to a different build because all of my currency is already tied to this build, but it just isn't cutting it for red maps and league mechanic right now.

First of all tullfall is a really bad weapon, you would likely be strictly better served by any random +2 wand or sceptre. Second of all you are a hierophant with the + minimum charges ascendancy, run a dominus militant faith for an extra 12% more damage at absolute minimum and if you get the right mods and seed you could potentially get a minimum frenzy charge or two from the timeless and then another from a ring. Running soul mantle locks you to kikazaru but ventors could be a cogwork with three resists and a minimum frenzy charge, although that is likely to be a fairly expensive upgrade. Additionally the brine crown is not a very good helmet, its not terrible but a good rare hubris circlet is likely to be much more survivability. Additionally you have the gear slots to run guardians blessing in a three link, raise spectre + guardians blessing + your choice of aura, use dark marrionettes to cause them to ressurect themselves upon dying, if you can stagger their deaths you may be able to get 100% uptime on guardians blessing with no further input.

Okay I bought the gems you mentioned and I have a watch setup for a timeless jewel with reduced curses per devotion so that I can eventually replace kikazarus. Won't the curses now affect me still, even if the duration is reduced? I'll look into getting another ventors though when it is time to replace the ring. Do I have to buy a new Dark Marionette for each map I run? I'll look for a better helmet, thanks for the suggestion, I was looking at blizzard crowns for the -% cold resist but they are so expensive so I will look for a hubris in the meantime. I will also look for a +2 wand or sceptre. That would be +1 spell and +1 cold right?
