Maximum Raise Spectre

I just want to ask, if I have a level 25 Raise Spectre gem and a +Death Attunement amulet, am I supposed to have 4 spectres instead of 3?

Since no one replied, I was looking for a workaround, to cheese this bug all I did was go to a random map (act) unequip the gem, and the old specters summon is gone forever. but if u go back to your HO, u can summon 4 specters, even though your raise spectre gem said max 3
