Can't find Alva

I put on alva's memory on my map device but since i didn't do the quest in act 7 i couldn't find alva in my hideout. When i tried to do the quest in the causeway i couldn't find any incursions to finish the quest, tried multiple layouts but never was there one incursion.

Is this a bugged because i used the memory on the map device or?
