Mahuxlot's Poison Pathfinder - help!!!

Hey Guys,

I need a little help with my build. Its the Mahuxlot's Poison Pathfinder.

My problem is, that my Max Phys Hit is very low compared to another builds, and to the build I try to recreate. Even with added mods, with +500 life and 3% Phy as Fire taken.
I watched all the videos, read everything, checked the PoB 1000X times.

PoB of creator:

And the Goal Build:

But how? What im missing here?
