What's with the Character Names in PoE?

People are getting away with murder with character names. One guy was in Global 1 boasting how he got past the moderators with his name.

What's acceptable in PoE?

Anything thats not racist or way overboard.

If someone wants to name themselves DICK_SUCKER, then let them... just makes finding dick suckers easier.

Why is someone who hasnt even paid towards the game complaining about what other players can do?

No, but they shouldnt be complaining about what is and what isnt allowed when they dont want to support the game, and appear to not even know anything about it being mature rated and containing mature content.

Just like only people who pay a certain amount get to make an in game item.
