70% increased Global Critical Strike Multiplier?

I've seen on poe.xyz.is that some ppl have ammys with 70% crit strike multiplier? How is that possible? On the wiki, the highest roll on the highest tier mod is 38% (of Destruction). Does anyone know why?

To be clearer, there are two sets of critical strike multiplier mods. Ones that can appear on weapons, and ones that can appear on amulets and quivers (and maybe something else I've forgotten). You must have been looking at the former.
