Conc effect + RF?

Hey,

The concentrated effect gem shows up as a letter on RF skill, indicating that it effects the skill gem, however, it seems that the more damage effect doesnt actually do anything.

Mobs dont seem to burn faster with conc effect in and i believe that it only shows up as a letter on the RF button due to the decreased area of effect


does anyone else think this is the case?

Rf is degen not damage as far as i know, therefore it should only affect the AOE and not the damage.
