Orb of Regret Cost??

So I'm not too far along but decided I would like to go a different route with my character and do not want to go through the leveling again so I'm looking for about 8 Orbs of regret to re-arrange the passives a little bit. Anyone know what the current trades are for an orb of regret?? Or any selling recipes that give you an orb of regret in return?

I believe in act 3 you can at the trader for 2 scouring orbs.

An orb of regret is worth an orb of chaos.
So 8 of them is pretty close to 3 GCP. |

i have not seen one orb of regret anywhere. In my passive skills panel I have 9 passive refund points left. Does this mean i can increase my Templars skill tree 9 positions if I find one orb of regret?? has anyone ever found one while playing?
