CWDT+power charge on critical and "?"

Hi,
I am critical bow user and searching for a way how to get power charges. ATM, can't add power charge on critical to my main attacking skill due to lack of links. What I try to do is to get power charges with CWDT. Now I am using it with ice spear, but I mostly get only one power charge. 2 if i am dealing with realy big mob crowd and there are some archers. In short, i get it, but not often and if i get it, it just disapears before I could get another one.So maybe you could suggest others skills what could help get more power charges with support of CWDT?

I believe there is a unique ring with something like that "Gain 1 power charge when hitting non critical" -> "When you deal a crit lose all powercharges"

Try using LMP or GMP with your ice spear setup. You'll get all the charges you need, that is if you aren't already doing so..
