I think the bleed while moving stays the same but definitely need dev to clarify that.

Played since open beta. Probably I haven't even got a clue about the game. It's obviously is better idea to go back d3 tho. I've heard it got some interesing stolen from poe gameplay affecting stuff.

I'm really dissapointed not about nerfs, but about not having quality of life changes. There's no bloody reason to play the game. Nothing new added, and that's is a problem. Am not keen on pvp either.

you do realize that a rare weapon will do the same or out perform this, yes? i worked hard on uber and I got this so why should I not use it? hell, ill even try uber out on my 450 pdps mace on a different mara- if you 1 shot in 60K dps and 1 shot in 120k dps, what the hell is the difference? Use what ya got man, chill out.

not only that but it messes up the economy, and actually encourages RMT.

pvp is the path to hell for this game, nothing else i can say to the patch notes.
