Unique rarity tiers [ Needs severe updating ]

You forgot about the Wanderlust shoes.

That one seems rare now i actually saw people trying to buy it in chat yesterday.

Im thinking sire of shards staff is t1? Just my opinion but here it is. First of all they are 25ex no links. Your t2 PoH is only like 5-6ex. Must be rare charge 25ex. second its powerful as hell with totems or self cast projectiles like freeze pulse etc with GMP blanket whole screen.
