Yes but if i go with "Juggernaut" i can get free endurance charges and pcharges with romira ring. That means i can run with 5L trypanon easily since Jugger givin +accu too.

Romira's Banquet would mean that you would never gain power charges being that you would always be critting and then losing them because of its mod "Lose all Power Charges on Critical Strike." Not only that, but you'd run out of frenzy charges very quickly and not be able to use flicker strike. On top of that, running a 5 link for this build would mean that you could only run one spell, unless you want to get rid of multi strike, but that would mean you need 3x more frenzy charges.
