Thing is, Clinton is also a demagogue. Obama has "openly scorn[ed] checks and balances" with executive orders, and similar (albeit hypothetical) talk has been reported from the Clinton campaign. Clinton also has a track record of "big, bold lies." And the identity politics of the left is a systematic effort to "blame societal problems on... groups," using terms like "patriarchy" and "cisgender" as whipping posts. There is no non-demagogue choice here.

The FBI has reopened the case. They found new emails while investigating a "an unrelated case". Comey also said

My instant reaction was...over 80 of the ones they already have (not counting the thousands of bleached) already contained, and were marked classified. Not sure what finding a few more classified emails could change, but they wouldn't have re-opened it unless it was some serious shit.

Trump should pardon Clinton on his first day in office (if he is so fortunate) in order to avoid civil unrest. (author's opinion, not mine).

I'll one up you: they're going to 'fully exonerate' Clinton the day before the election. Part one was 'never mind the men behind the curtain'. This new part two is 'hey folks, we've checked behind the curtain, and there's no 'there' there - you can vote for Hillary with a clean conscience now!'

Dunno, they wouldn't reopen the case ten days before the election just to pull that stunt. Early voting is going stronger than ever, it would be way too risky.

I don't think pardons work on people who haven't been convicted yet. So he'll probably have to wait.

If asked if he'll pardon her, I think he should tell people he'll keep them in suspense.
