Chance Glorious Plate (ilvl 68) = Kaom’s Heart Glorious Plate??

Hello.

When I inserted "Glorious Plate" in my Loot Filter, it states this item does not exist.

Did Glorious Plate get renamed? Or is there no longer a Chance way to get Kaom's Heart?

You can still do it. Ilvl does not matter for chancing uniques. Glorious plate did not get renamed.

Item level has never affected whether an item can be chanced into a unique.

The only thing that determines whether you can chance a unique is if it is the exact same base item AND it specifically cannot be chanced.

And what are the chances of getting a unique when chancing a normal item?

Depends on how rare the unique is. For example, you may get ten Carnage Hearts before you chance Astramentis.

And from my personal experience, jewels seem to have the highest overall chance of becoming a unique, and not because they have more uniques available due to base item.

I'd say jewelry has the lowest chance to be unique chanced overall.
