It is worth it, strictly speaking. We're pretty certain that the average number of chances required to hit a tier 1 unique is somewhere in 4 figures, and Skyforth is worth more than that. However, the likelihood of the average PoE player hitting one in the time they play the game is low enough that it might not be a sensible plan regardless.

Well, I'm not sure on how many it'd take to hit a Skyforth, but a Headhunter is like 10k-15k Chance Orbs on average..
