Is molten strike good idea for boses?

^^ pretty sure build has elemental equilibrium so moltenstrike is a no go, should be easy to get to 4 hits per second which is the max proc rate for mjolner and cospris. Molten strike is unnecessary now.

Is this work even with one active spell gem on weapon? For ex. arc + iron will + lightning penetration. |
