If you would read the guide it tells you that coe makes your spell dmg work like attack dmg. With that being said if you have a none legacy vinktards you can go and spec into the leech in duelist tree. Correct me if I'm wrong here phil and i'll edit post.

Sure if you do not want to pay a stupid amount of exalts to buy a +2 barrage coe.

Im following this to the T purely on standard, I need to know things like none legacy stuff... ofc i dont have any legacy stuff.

so a COE with barrage is a must? to be exactly as strong as the build?

I ll buy one, but i see no one selling, how much roughly?

I mean, whats the fight button sequence?

you run in, press all 4 flasks and then LBM for KB?

or do you pre use Elemental Weakness? - Blood rage? vaal haste?

i have no idea atm.

preuse vaal haste/eleweak/bloodrage then barrage until the boss die

And for mapping/mobs, just flasks and FB/sipon?

Im level 69 atm, Think its possible to pulll through with some grinding? :p

I feel squishy, but i dont let anything overwhelm me, i seem to stay alive, and when i switch to barrage, for single target, its good atm :D

1500 health, 2600 ES, 00 mana. averaged out 4k dps. not bought all the gear yet. tree is same

O_O this is not a lvling build play life wander till lvl 90 lol, then go for LL version

I am interested in switching to low life. If anyone is able to can you look at my current setup and tell me what to get rid of or if u need to scrap it all. I have about a 10 ex budget so I could get the shav and most gems then I'll need to get regrets
