[Solved] Checking resources for 2.5+ hours

Well, hello.
Could anyone from GGG describes to me, is this behaviour Ok or what should i do to run poe 3.0 finally? Because I didn't find more topics about such problem and no finall decision how to fix it.

At 1st I tried to update client poe 2.6 to 3.0. Run as admin, with antivirus switched off, even set the high prio to pathofexile process. Approx 1 hour later client still checked resources (not allocating just checking).. CPU load 0% RAM 7k kb and not changing the whole time. I run poe repair tool - everything was fine.
I rebooted PC and tried to update it again. After ~30 min nothing were changed.
I uninstalled poe and then download the installation file for poe 3.0 and run it.
So, now it checking resources again. Already about 1 hour of checking resources for installing game from a scratch.
What kind of resources could the game checks (not allocating space for installing resources and just checking) in case of there is almost nothing were installed yet?

tl;dr

So the main question - how finally install this game and continue playing шт 3.0 already?

Finally could solved this problem for myself.
1. Need to have an already istalled poe 2.6
2. Download a content.ggpk with torrent:
https://www.pathofexile.com/public/PoE-3.0.0-preseed.torrent
TYVM to Wofferl for this link. Because I couldn't find any official topic about it on forum.
3.Copied this content.ggpk to the poe directory.
4. Run as admin with antivirus switched off the PackCheck. It took a long time btw.
5. Run as admin poe client and finally could achieve alocating resources.
6. Then download 450+ Mb of updates and now can play 3.0.

Hope it will help someone else.

PoE worked good enough on HDD for years. With updates and reinstalling. So, it's not a reasonable proposal.

Checking resources forever is not caused by a person's not having SSD. That is just plain silly, I'm sorry.

why is the checking resources that long if there is more than 1TB of free space...

I could understand that if the PoE was already istalled. That could meant that game checks itself for consistency for example. But now I try to install it form the scratch.
BTW it still checking this cripping resources..
