What's wrong with "The latest POB"? its like lvl 75, incomplete, can any one post correct pob?

Normal clearing is okay, not great but okay but the single target DPS is lacking a lot. I have huge problems with monoliths.

Is +1 totem really better than a real weapon?
Can't do essence worm as I go with 2 kikazaru + node on tree for 100% curse immunity.

PoB will have a +1 shield as lower damage per totem but getting an extra totem and going from 4 to 5 totems can be considered 20% more damage in a perfect scenario.

Any tips on my gear what to upgrade besides soul mantle to 6l?
Playing with 2 kikazaru + treenode for curse immunity. Gear is on the page before this.
