+1 Shaper's touch are usually ~10c, minus the recolouring/rejeweling costs. With recolouring/rejeweling they could probably be ~50c.

For the league starting/budget build, it seems like the only way to prevent being stunlocked is to use kiara's. Am I missing something or is that the case?

Is there a tree for the "normal" build with unwavering stance around level 90 or earlier?
