Season One, Race Event 17: Two Hour Solo

Got to lvl 21. I wish i was better at racing because i seem to always get some good drops like a quicksilver! and a very nice axe!



Some extra goodies i found

Died twice to desync when i was pretty high in the ranks, wish it would get fixed...

#4 ranger.
No alch drops, no chance drops, no +1 bow gems. Got MS boots in river crossing
Had to exit game at Hailrake once (didn't lose much time), and had to exit in Caverns of Anger.




Old best splits - my best has Brutus at 19 min or so, and Merveil at 36 min

#30 witch, #316, level 21, first Hillrake. 6 point race, now I just need one more for my coral ring.

Wish i made it past 20:

Died at level 8 on my first shadow
Died at level 6 on my second LOL
Remade and got a ShiverSting out of the large chest at level 14
Made it to level 23 50%

many late end-race deaths it seems, I also saw quite a couple of rank 1-20 fall last 40 minutes

Well i started late and made it to level 11 and died to frost champs in the prisoner's gate. I consider that just fine for my first race with no prior planning or preparation. Are there threads for discussing strats? I can't find any.

Not as tough of competition as i expected.
Died about 15 minutes into the race due to stupidity, rolled a new character. Got 24th global and 4th duelist.



and i got the legendary boots like 10 mins before finish.
