Just created Created level 21 corrupted gem at Blood Alter, cannot find gem. Received credit for challenge, but no gem. Where can I find that gem?

Yes opened alter, nothing there.

Does your loot filter show all gems? Maybe the gem fell on the floor and your loot filter hid it.

Good Suggestion, but bypassed loot filter before I left the room. Nothing on the floor.

For me the gem was in the altar after i killed the beasts.
