Aspect of the avian doubling movement speed?

Bug reference # 2310218025. After tonight's 3.2.1 patch my aspect of the avian (crafted onto my stygian belt) is more than doubling my movement speed instead of only 10%. Tested on my duelist and also on my witch - I go from 47% unbuffed hideout movement speed to 104% when the movement speedbuff procs.

Yeah, since the patch, my movespeed goes from 26% under Might to 110% under Flight. I have Nest on, but still way higher than intended.
