If it helps to find problem:

I had the problem "Unable to connect to pathcing server" several times on last weekends (24-25 march) and starting from 28 march during today.

on 28 march I played the game and get huge latency when come back from map to my HO (more then 1 second). So I just turn off the game and start it again to choose new server, but get error "unable to ...".
So, the problem tooks me when I was in game.

My place: Tomsk, Russia.
The server, which I always use in game: Frankfurt.
