In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

I like these... you shouldn't get items that are "best" from the hardest content, or else you really have no hopes of getting them in order to beat the hardest content (in SSF).
Hope these cards are reasonably accessible to SSF play. |

One card thats a gamble for base item type and another thats pure currency sink. Though it does give you a chance to get a good weapon in SSF if you somehow made plenty of exalts.
