14 days for support to respond to the email just to ask for another ping diagram for an issue thats been reported in multiple threads every league.

Still much less latency to just play on DC vs Texas (where texas used to just be an 18-31 ms server) also I don't get the 168 ms instances previously mentioned on DC.
