Soul gain prevention was a loss for GGG in the end?

Vaal skills are more powerful than before right now
you get 40% more damage and doesnt even cost that much souls like before

but still why vaal spark, vaal power siphon, vaal fire ball is totally forgotten and no one playing it?

they let us use vaal skills even more easier than before with soul ripper -_-
but you guys ignoring that?

usually everything gets nerfed in this case they buffed all vaal skills no one noticed it?

Losing an entire flask choice is a pretty big deal. Theyre also not cheap easier.

lets assume you are using a dps flask vessel of vintar/taste of hate
so you are a vaal-skill build you put into a soulripper veseel of vintar only end up going to give you 10% more damage but this is 40% more damage

Because the flasks you link are 12 ex each.

You asked why no one is playing it. That is why. It is a very reasonable reason, considering most players in PoE can't even farm 12ex the whole league, or even half of that.

But the fact that its price is 12ex shows that there must be someone playing it and values it highly. It's just too rare to the general populace to give it a try and experiment with to be popular.

i use 2x soulrippers for maximum vaal power siphon potential.
and i try to use one last final vaal power siphon before the flask dies, so i would love to make it last longer to prevent the soulgain prevention.

also if you use a vaal power siphon exatly at 4.7 seconds after flask lasted you can prevent soul gain prevention at the same time you will refill your flask since the vaal power siphon will kill monsters after 4.8 seconds but you use your flask at 4.7 seconds thus you refill your flasks at the same time ignore soul gain prevention.

edit : i will explain it more clearly now, soulripper DOSEN'T gain flask changers when its active but you call still make it gain flask changers when you use it EXACTLY when the flask is about to die with your vaal power siphon, which allows you to refill the flask with your vaal power siphon and prevent soulgain prevention.
