If I'm not mistaken back in Legacy League someone got 5 Mirrors but since than I think it got nerfed so you can't get 5 Mirrors no matter what.
Lol nothing is nerfed, the one time someone got 5 mirrors from those cards is probably the average chance since they included Divination cards. How many stacks of these cards do people turn in per league, not THAT many. Now compare that to the regular drop chance which is absurdly low. Makes perfect sense that just 1 maybe 2 people ever got this outcome.

Wiki, not that it is always accurate, has nothing to say about that patch note. If you look up MoK, it still counts Emperor's Luck as one source to obtain Mirrors and only cites patch notes that enabled it.

Considering in the millions upon millions of mobs I probably have killed never seeing a single mirror, thinking about possibility of 5 mirrors with a div card seems absurd. My chances of winning mega millions lottery probably much higher...
