Failed to connect to instance.

Been suffering from this on occasion since the start of the Flashback
league.

Gotten worse today, since the update, can't trade, can't map and can't delve.

Tried AU, SG, JP and Texas gateways. They are all hopeless.

i have this problem started on 8/5/2019 i have been communicate with game technical support and they try to help me a lot but in the end they say this problem from my ISP but my ISP keep saying this game problem, in the end i left the game cuz i cant play and i don't know is this problem from the game or My ISP .

This always happens when your running a map with Niko in it. You realize your sulphite is full and decide to go burn off some sulphite so you can loot it in the map. Once back in the map and the sulphite is looted you can not leave. I get this error when trying to access my portal.

Same problem here when I'm using 4G sharing (the only one giving me -100ms in game). Impossible to play the game, the instances crash 80% of the time everywhere in the game.

I have also been having this problem, It seems completely random as it happens when I'm trying to load characters, change zones via waypoints, or even enter maps. I have also notices that when I go to choose my gateway, all locations except Moscow on my end are marked with ?, while Moscow is 149ms.

I am still have problems. It seems to be all servers except Moscow for me. I'm unsure of how to fix this, if it's even on my end. It happens on both Standard and Synthesis League. The only way I've found around it for some parts was creating a new instance for the zone I was entering. I would post any debug info but am unsure how to obtain this information.

This happened while I was fighting with Mastermind (3 portals gone).
Then I could not do any map.
Please fix this problem :(

Also getting this error when I opened a T13 Gardens Map (Alva daily).

Previous T12 Crystal Ore Map (Niko daily) was fine.

Used all the portals, kept getting booted to log in screen.

I can login to the game but once I tried to enter the maps, I cannot enter the map and the message "fail to connect to instance" comes out.

Singapore realm failed to connect to instance to Cortex boss and other bosses

cannot play the game, any portal/server i try to enter i'm always getting kicked out 'failed to connect to instance'
