Failed to connect to instance.

Have that same problem at Frankfurt gate... Can't progress the story, and enter to the Den at act 7... Im trying change for other gate but the result are the same... fix that.

Same here... trying to enter to any location 30 min.

well same here... for the story its anough to CTRL + Click and choose another instance but as far as I'm at mapping its impossible to change the instance...

fix this.. your currently online since 3 full days on PROD and you cant fix that critical bug... If we couldn fix PROD bugs since 24 hours or tell the customer why its happening and how long it lasts to fix it we would get fired!

The problem (at least for me) is getting worse and worse.

In the first 2 days of the league i got the "failed to connect to instance" about once every 2 or 3 hours of playtime.
Since the last Patch this appears about every 2nd or 3rd map.
When I can load and enter an instance (map, garden,..) properly, then there is a big chance the game will close without any errormessage about 30-60 seconds into the instance. Happend about 10 times in 5-6 minutes today.

Only today (15 minutes of trying to play) I lost a few seeds & an Item i tried to craft in the garden, 3 Fragments trying to farm vaal sideareas and 5 maps+Master missions.

At this time the game is absolutely unplayable for me, so I'll take a break until this is fixed.

Edit: Tried 3 Gateways so far (Frankfurt, Milan, London) --> different server same problems

2 days i can't even normally to do lab. Same error Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Moscow. This error everywhere! Fix THIS, cause it's impossible to play...

Lost several maps because of this bug today. Its really frustrating.

So, no one is fixing that problem? Second day it keeps disconnecting..

Here goes your smoothest launch, lol. Losing maps left and right ...

I've lost blighted map thanks to this bug :(
