As for the master specific mods, you can search for them veiled on pathofexile.com/trade but not on poe.trade. For example, I needed the cannot be frozen craft on boots so I bought a bunch of boots with Rin's veiled mod on it and unveiled them until I got it.

Did that have two crafted mods on it when you scrubbed it out of curiosity? And did you only remove the craft, or scour the entire item? I have no idea what scour/alch would do to the veiled mods.
