Deepest delves were done by occultists and pathfinders, everybody can check it, it is public. From your "perfectly strong option" only MS builds are more or less viable and can kill uber Elder both with at least semi efficient mapping. Rest is trash and will remain trash. No idea what high delve you talking about but after 800+ its CI occultist molten strike HOWA or go home. In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
