Help with freezing pulse inquisitor

Hey, I picked up ziz tree for generic Cl character. I want to tinker it around for fp same goes for items. I dont want to make void battery a must for this build. So this is what I got so far.

Does the tree look good? And the gems connected with freezing pulse?

Can you guys help me choose the stats on items, what could go into amulet and rings etc.
