Fixed a bug introduced in 3.6.2 where players which had more than 100 Intelligence towards unlocking Mastermind's Lair were unable to access the area. I've had this happen before the latest patch. RIP in intervention and the other 2 encounters didn't work. (Although at the time i could go into the research area, but no evidence and no syndicate.) Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
