For the Infuse shield, they just added enougth oint to EQUAL the former legitimate bonus from CI. 50% of an already great amount was to many, here it grant additionnal 8% nodes just behind (no need to travel to get them) and the 20% general.

Every time I open the client to download the patch it just sits at 0%. Anyone having this issue also?

i'm not sure why the devs dont publish a more detailed patch-changelog if they nerf such an important support gem as LoH..

Honestly likely because LGoH was too powerful combined with Cyclone.
