Awesome finally my closed beta summoner seems viable again i didnt like using hybrid armor and hp. I bet Dominion jizzed his pants reading the CI Buff xD

Some Question about Cyclone:
-It can Crit, or? Not like the new Firespell that only can crit with Crit. weakness curse? Flask that recover with Crit will work? -Does it work with Dual Wild (Like Cleave and not Like Whirling Blades)? -It is a AoE and Increase AoE Radius/Damage works on it? I only want to be sure.
