Will the bow change existing versions of the item?

I mean that bow supposed to be lvl of sockted gems as well to be even worth touching but that's only my opinion. Damage unchanged anyway.
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

You guys are doing a great job no doubt. PoE is not made for beginner or newcomer. Conquerors of the Atlas won't change much. Creating items for 0,01% of the playerbase is just meh.
