This'll be my last race, just can't beat Daser after 40 minute mark. Don't get wtf hes doing so special.

wasn't doing too bad in this race, was constatly "only" 2 levels behind first one then my isp screwed me over and i was out for 5 mins, came back 5 levels behind, o well. still almost reached lvl 14 which is personal best.
I guess i wasn't the only one with bad drops. Sure i didn't get any items for me so i was stuck with crap gear but i got loads of rares. Wisdom scrolls, portal, armorer scraps, blacksmith stones were dropping like never before. IGN: FoughtBledAndWeptForGod, WoE_HitoZ

Lately though I have felt those things are more dangerous than they felt in closed beta (the non rares). Not sure why that would be but it feels that way.... " I didn't think I would take that much damage that quickly by getting frozen/shocked, but I also forgot I wasn't wearing a chest because I was trying to push after dying in Mud Flats early on. I didn't look at the mods too closely. But if he had extra crit chance/damage thats easily why he killed me. Really bad mods. I also try to wear a lightning resist ring there but couldn't afford - generally something I only do if I have a ton of wisdoms. Through most of closed beta, arrows were hitscan (undodgable) and any confined area with them in it meant constant flask spam or die- wrath could be pretty nasty back then. Also if they reached a critical mass onscreen theyd just oneshot you.
My only real issue with that area is the desync the narrow chokes can cause, the monsters feel mostly balanced. I find flats/gate/shipyard harder than cb due to the hugely increased rhoa density and the massive speed increase to leapslam. " Hitscan arrows were so bad. 9.12 I think it was that fixed that? And yes, the desync in that area is rough. Narrow chokepoints, then there's the daughters with temporal chains, which almost gaurantees your death. It's extremely nasty. Current IGN: twitchtvTheuberelite
