are you using a multiplier for returning projectiles in pob?

Awesome build - I used a bunch of the ideas here in building my own. I tried all the major skills (Lightning Strike, Shield Crush, Molten Strike, Smite, and SST) and ultimately settled on Spectral Shield Throw of Shattering. Yeah, the base attack time handicap hurts a bit, but the projectile speed increase makes up for it and clear speed is vastly improved. No need to get the helm enchant with Shattering, too.

One major consideration is the usage of keystone tattoos. Don't even touch this build unless you have at least 50. I ended up using 100+ before I hit Iron Reflexes.
